Supervised screening for remote admin hires.
The Admin Skills Screen is a ten-minute exercise built from the tasks remote admin staff actually do: follow a multi-step instruction, keep a short schedule in mind, fix a wrong date, apply a simple rule.
- Supervised and recorded. A person from your team is on a video call for every attempt, and the candidate's camera and screen are recorded from start to finish.
- Single-use codes, nothing to leak. Every attempt is freshly randomised and the code dies when the exercise ends, so there is no answer key to pass around.
- One input, never a verdict. You get a score and a plain description. Your team makes the hiring decision; the software never accepts or rejects anyone.
