Privacy Policy

This policy explains what New Chapter Institute LLC collects when you use ScreenYourAdmin (screenyouradmin.com) and the Admin Skills Screen, whether as an employer with an account or as a candidate taking the exercise.

If you are a candidate

You do not create an account. When you start the exercise you give your name and email address, confirm two statements, and type your name as a signature. During the exercise your browser records your camera, microphone and shared screen. When you finish, your answers are scored and the recordings are uploaded.

• What is kept: your name, email, the access code, the exact consent text you agreed to and when, your IP address and browser, your answers, your score and band, and the two recordings.
• Who sees it: staff of the employer that asked you to take the exercise, and us when needed to run the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
• What is not done: no software analyses your face, voice or behaviour. The recordings exist for a person to review. No health, demographic or biometric data is requested or derived.
• How long: recordings are kept for 12 months from the attempt and then deleted; results and consent records are kept while the employer's account is active and for 3 years after, for record-keeping.
• Your rights: you can ask the employer, or us at admin@screenyouradmin.com, for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. We will act within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

If you are an employer

• Account: organisation name, staff names and emails, hashed passwords, when you accepted the Terms.
• Payments: processed by Stripe; we keep the amount, date and Stripe reference, never card numbers.
• Usage: codes created, attempts, and ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security for up to 90 days.
• Interest list: if you leave your email on the landing page we keep it to tell you when accounts open, and remove it on request.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in the United States with our hosting, database and storage providers (Vercel, Neon and Vercel Blob), who process it on our behalf under their own security commitments. Recordings are stored in private storage that cannot be read without a staff login.

Aggregate benchmark

Every completed attempt contributes a score to an anonymous running benchmark (count, average, spread, band counts) that is never linked back to a person and cannot be reversed.
